Construction and Accounting of Green GDP Input-Output Model
Since the beginning of the new century, China’s rapid economic growth has been accompanied by a growing contradiction between resource shortages and environmental degradation. The realization of scientific development has been increasingly recognized by the people. In order for the SNA system to truly and accurately reflect economic growth, resource and environmental factors must be added to it. The practice of economic and social development has proved that the existing SNA system, due to the influence of traditional value-determination theory, does not well reflect the relationship between resources, environment, economic and social development, and ignores the huge cost of resources and environment to realize economic and social development. With the continuous growth of GDP, resources are becoming more and more scarce, the environment is deteriorating, and the sustainable development of human society and economy is facing serious challenges. In order to correctly guide the development of human economy and social progress, and to realize the economic growth as well as the harmonious, coordinated, and sustainable development of population, resources, environment, and economy, this thesis promotes the green GDP accounting with the help of the input-output analysis technology based on the previous research. The measurement of green GDP indicators is organically combined with green input-output analysis techniques to structure the green GDP input-output model. To a certain extent, it opens up new ideas and specific methods for the theoretical analysis and methodological research of green GDP accounting.
